I'm an author, educator, speaker, curriculum designer, and leadership coach.

In my new book, I Love This Place, I teach leaders how to build school cultures. Schools where people feel a sense of belonging and challenge. After two decades in education, I've learned that real change starts with ourselves. But it multiplies when we grow others. My work is about helping schools create classrooms where students thrive. Environments in which teachers stay. And communities that say, “I love this place.”

My wife, Aaren, and I know the same applies to the home. We conduct regular marriage workshops for churches and community groups. We call this ministry “Wrecked and Redeemed.” There, we share our testimony and experiences from over 20 years of marriage. We'd love to have you check out that page as well!
